The case prosecution in the practice of our company begins from interview with a customer, during which the specialist ascertains all details relevant for the case. After the consultation the specialist prepares written conclusion on judicial prospect of the case, in which all eventual consequences are analyzed, connected with judicial procedure, both positive and negative. All relations with the customers are built based on the mutual respect and confidence.

Only after a customer expresses his consent to participation of the representative in the case, judicial work begins. The specialist elaborates legal position. And the representation of the customer’s interests in court is only final stage. As a rule, work of the representative does not end at final judicial sitting upon adoption of a court decision.
